Guests can then celebrate special moments with family, friends, colleagues, in one of the most exclusive lounges of the city, a fifteenth-century Florentine palace, a stone's throw from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and Michelangelo's David.
The menus, which can be customized according to the customer's needs, can be, by choice, based on meat or milk and the various dishes are prepared according to the rules of kashrut, with the assistance of a Mashgiach from the Jewish Community of Florence.
Everything at the table comes from selected suppliers, who provide Kosher-certified fresh raw materials, from bread to fish of the day, to meat. Of course, attention is also paid to the equipment and cutlery service, with porcelain dishes for sealed and approved milk menus, and dishes for meat menus.
When serving in the dining room, it is equally respectful of the rules, with staff from the Jewish community in case there is unpasteurized wine: no detail has been overlooked. Even the kitchens in which the menus are prepared have been approved by the Chief Rabbi for kosherization, according to the established times and procedures.
