Black Truffle Dinner
An evening centered around black truffle, enriched by the winter notes of chestnuts, honey, and pumpkin. In the elegant rooms of Ristorante La Chiostrina, the restaurant of the Hotel Bernini Palace in Florence, guests will enjoy recipes and preparations designed to enhance the delicate, earthy flavors of this prized delicacy, accompanied by carefully selected wines.
The evening will begin in the charming Lounge Bar of the hotel, where guests will be welcomed with a flute of sparkling wine.
Dinner will be served at Ristorante La Chiostrina, the hotel’s restaurant, located within a beautifully restored 16th-century portico. A perfect setting for an evening in which truffle takes center stage in a variety of recipes, each paired with wines carefully selected to enhance the character of the dishes.
The menu delights the senses and recalls the aromas of winter ingredients, featuring fresh cheeses, chestnuts, honey, and pumpkin.
