The La Chiostrina restaurant is on the ground floor of the hotel, near the hall, inside a recently renovated 16th-century portico. The natural light from the internal courtyard, along with the colours and atmosphere of the spaces, help create a unique dining space in the heart of the city. Open every evening for dinner, it offers specialities from Tuscan and Italian cuisine, with a constantly evolving à la carte menu which is periodically updated.

The Lounge Bar is an exclusive meeting spot where it is possible to enjoy snacks, creative cocktails and selected wines, for a moment of relaxation in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, inspired by the elegance of a private salon. Sala Parlamento - Breakfast Room
A buffet breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30 a.m. in the historic Sala Parlamento – featuring a splendid frescoed ceiling – once the meeting place for members of parliament and senators of the Kingdom of Italy. The buffet includes a wide assortment of artisan products, baked goods, organic and natural products, and is also open to non-residents.
