A typical dish: Tortelli alla Mugellana

“Tortelli alla mugellana” are an excellent first course made with fresh pasta and stuffed with flavored potatoes, typical of Mugello, an area in the province of Florence.
The peculiarity of this special tortello lies in the potato filling that tastes delicious thanks to the various ingredients used to perfume it: garlic, parsley and cheese.
Usually they are seasoned with meat sauce, the Chef of our Restaurant La Chiostrina offers it in a new key to be enjoyed with imperial prawns and pumpkin cream with rosemary and saffron.
