Our Chef’S Easter Suggestions
Hotel Bernini Palace is pleased to present the Easter Menu of the La Chiostrina Restaurant.
Our Chef has prepared a selection of special dishes to celebrate the arrival of spring, using only the best fresh, seasonal ingredients in keeping with tradition.
Culinary proposals available on the following dates:
AT DINNER: Saturday 4 April, Sunday 5 April and Monday 6 April.
AT LUNCH: Sunday 5 April.
The courses can be ordered individually or together as a set menu.

Soft Pecorino cheese flan from the Crete Senesi hills, served with brandy-caramelized pears and crisp honey shards.

Burrata Treasure
Handcrafted tortelli (ravioli) filled with creamy burrata, set on a silky purée of young spring peas and finished with a delicate hint of saffron.
- Euro 20 -- Second Course
Festive Veal Timbale
Veal timbale filled with seasonal artichokes and wild mushrooms, served on a bed of baby leaf salad and glazed with an aged balsamic reduction.

Signature Colomba
A refined semifreddo of Colomba (traditional Italian Easter dove cake) with vanilla and Madagascar chocolate.
