Dinner with Mauro Bassini and Chef Claudio Sordi
An evening dedicated to fine cuisine and a ‘journey’ through 101 restaurants and trattorias in Bologna and its surrounding area. Around a convivial table, journalist Mauro Bassini will be in conversation with Claudio Sordi, Executive Chef of I Carracci, for a special evening at the Grand Hotel Majestic ‘già Baglioni’.
Price: €50.00 per person, including a copy of the volume “Nosterchef”, mineral water, a glass of local wine, and coffee.
