From 30 September to 25 November 2026, Hotel Bernini Palace in Florence hosts AMARIDAMARE, a series dedicated to the culture of amaro, created by Il Forchettiere. Three events featuring Green Heart Distillery, Liquorificio Morelli and Distilleria Elettrico invite guests on a journey of discovery through the botanicals, aromas and traditions of Italian liqueur-making. Through producer-led masterclasses and themed aperitifs featuring finger food inspired by the ingredients of amaro, the experience brings together drinking culture and gastronomic creativity in the heart of Florence.

The series offers a journey of discovery into the world of amaro, exploring the stories, traditions and botanicals of three outstanding producers: Green Heart Distillery, Liquorificio Morelli and Distilleria Elettrico. Each event combines guided masterclasses with themed aperitifs, where herbs, spices and aromatic notes take centre stage in a dialogue between mixology and gastronomy. The result is a sensory experience celebrating Italian liqueur-making traditions and their contemporary interpretations.
