Individual and Collective Identities in Contemporary Art and Design
The theme of the 14th Florence Biennale focuses on the concepts of individual and collective identities, in their multiple philosophical, psychological, sociological and cultural meanings.
I AM YOU
With this in mind, it was decided to name the project 'I Am You', as the aim is to emphasise the importance of putting oneself in the shoes of others and evoking the sense of connection that unites people, despite their differences, rather than dividing them.
For the event, choose the Hotel Bernini Palace, a luxurious 5-star hotel in Florence, located in a 15th-century palace in the city centre, behind Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery.
