New Year’s Eve in Florence
What could be better than an exquisite New Year’s Eve dinner to close out 2018 in the best possible way and welcome 2019? We look forward to welcoming you at Ristorante La Chiostrina to enjoy a refined menu that will accompany you right up to the beginning of the celebrations!
After midnight we will continue at the Lounge Bar with a rich buffet of Christmas’ cakes and dried fruit.
MENU 31 DICEMBER, 2018
We will start at 8:00 pm with
Beef fillet tartare with ginger, capers from Pantelleria and mint sweet blue-cheese mousse and exotic fruit dressed with raspberry vinaigrette, honey and black truffle accompanied by a flute of ChampagneGranny apple (green apple) and lime purée
Large ravioli filled with pesto and Tuscan red potato, served with raw minced red shrimp, shrimp bisque yellow pumpkin with thyme and lemon
Fillet cooked with star anise and kumquat accompanied by goat cheese mousse and light sorbet “pina colada” (rum,pineapple and coconut)
“Extreme Chocolate” The bitter mousse The white chocolate with Guérande salt and caramel mango jelly
After midnight we will continue at the Lounge Bar where you will find a rich buffet of Christmas cakes and dried fruit
WINE
Water and 1 glass of champagne (served with the first course) included. You can choose your favorite wine (not included from our wine list, which offer a selection of white wines, red wines and champagne also available by the glass.Dinner: euro 120,00 per person - Starting from 8 pm
