The manager of the Bernini Palace David Foschi knows his hotel’s every secret. Starting from the cooking, the pride and joy of a hospitality package that offers the very best of Tuscany, a region of great wines and authentic flavours. Today, in the company of journalist Savina Confaloni, the manager takes us into the building to discover the gourmet fare of the restaurant, “La Chiostrina”, housed in a 16th-century loggia. Here, in a cosy, intimate atmosphere, the Chef serves a rotating seasonal menu of the most representative traditional recipes of a region famous the world over for its wine, meat and truffles, revisited with a touch of originality and gusto. Plus, the Sommelier is always on hand to suggest the best pairings with wines from a selection of labels brimming with goût de terroir.
